Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin visited Ankara Fine Arts High School. Tekin, who had a private conversation with the teachers at the school for a while, made statements to the members of the press in the school garden after his visit.
Stating that this was the third school visit he made after he became a minister, Tekin reminded that he visited several schools every week during the period of the Ministry of National Education Undersecretariat.
Tekin stated that they are trying to solve every job they do with consultation and related parties, and said:
“We believe that we cannot achieve results unless we act together. This is our way of doing business. This is how it started, and I hope it will continue like this. We will institutionalize our consultations with teachers. Two weekends each month, it may be the first Saturday or Sunday of each month. Let’s have a meeting with teachers.” I want to. The door is open in our conference room at the Ministry. Let those who have time come and evaluate. We haven’t given any names yet, but it could be a ‘Teachers Consultation Day’.”
“We will continue to walk the road with teachers”
“In the next period, we will discuss all our affairs with our fellow teachers.” Tekin said:
“We will work much more closely with our fellow teachers. I want this very much. They talked about things that we do not realize and do not know inside. We will continue to walk the road together with my teacher friends.”
