University candidates answered the Basic Proficiency Test questions (TYT), the first session of YKS, yesterday. Candidates answered the second session Field Proficiency Tests (AYT) and the third and last session Foreign Language Test (YDT) questions today.

The last session, YDT, which started at 15.45, lasted 120 minutes.

There were a total of 80 questions in the exam, which was held in German, Arabic, French, English and Russian languages.

13 thousand 513 disabled candidates participated in TYT, 9 thousand 528 candidates in AYT and 1165 disabled candidates in YDT in single and collective halls created according to disability groups.

In 2023 YKS for disabled candidates, a total of 10 thousand 103 readers and markers served in three sessions.

Transportation and accommodation support was provided to earthquake survivor candidates who will take the exam outside the exam center where they reside.

This year, YKS was held for the first time in 22 exam centers.

Provincial/district civil registration offices were kept open for candidates who do not have an identity card or a citizenship number or photograph in their identity card.

According to the OSYM calendar, YKS results will be announced on 20 July.
