According to the statement made on the website of the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM), among the candidates who will enter the 2023-DGS on July 16, those who have lost their Turkish identity card, do not have a photograph on their identity card, do not have an identity card, or have a Turkish identity number and photograph in their identity card. For those who will not be accepted for the exam because there is no cold stamp, the provincial and district population directorates will serve at certain hours on the exam days.
Accordingly, the directorates will be open between 07.00-10.00 on Sunday, July 16.
The information of the candidate will be checked by the personnel of the population directorate, and a temporary identity document with a photo, signed-sealed, barcoded-matrix code or photographed, barcoded-matrix code will be issued to the candidate. Candidates will be able to take the exam with this document.
Any document issued other than the temporary identity card will not be accepted for entrance into the exam. For this purpose, the candidate applying to the population directorate must have his exam entrance document and biometric photo with him.
Candidates will be able to learn the addresses of the provincial and district population directorates, which will be open on the day of the exam, and the hours they are open, from the website of ÖSYM.
