A guide for support and training courses for the 2023-2024 academic year has been prepared.
Accordingly, support and training courses will be opened for 8th, 11th and 12th grade students studying in public and private education institutions affiliated to the Ministry and for those who have graduated from formal and open education institutions.
Foreign students studying in the 9th grade of International Anatolian Imam Hatip High Schools and International Vocational and Technical Anatolian High Schools will also be able to apply for Turkish courses in line with their needs.
Private school teachers can also take part in the courses.
Teachers working in private schools, such as permanent and contract teachers, will also be able to take part in support and training courses.
Private school teachers will be able to apply through the e-Course module at the “https://e-kurs.meb.gov.tr” internet address. It is the teachers’ responsibility to submit their course applications on time.
Guidance teacher will be appointed
A guidance teacher/psychological counselor for up to 10 grades in terms of monitoring the assessment and evaluation processes related to the courses, monitoring the student-centered individual development processes, and following the guidance and orientation processes; If the classes created exceed 10, a second guidance teacher/psychological counselor will be assigned to the course centers by the provincial/district central commissions.
Guidance teacher/psychological counselor will fulfill the duties determined in the provisions of the directive.
Students will be able to apply on 24-28 August.
Course centers to be opened by the commissions to be established in provincial and district national education directorates will be determined and processed into the e-Course module on August 19-22, and course and class level definitions will be made and approved by the course center directorates on August 22-24.
Receiving teacher and student applications on 24-28 August, entering teacher needs into the e-Course module by course center directorates and assigning teachers by provincial and district central commissions on 28-31 August, creating course classes on August 31-September 3, courses on It will be held between 4 September 2023 and 7 June 2024.

Within the scope of support and training courses, 8th and 11th grade students can choose a maximum of 6 courses, 12th grade, formal and open secondary education graduates can choose a maximum of 8 courses.
The weekly course duration can be up to 18 hours for 8th and 11th graders, and 24 hours for 12th graders and graduates.
