President of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), Prof. Dr. Erol Özvar, in his social media account, wished the YKS results to be beneficial to the candidates and Turkey.
Özvar thanked the candidates who worked hard during the exam process and the families and teachers for their support. “You have a period of choice that will determine your future higher education life. You can reach the most comprehensive and accurate information about the programs you want through YÖK Atlas. With YÖK Atlas, you can have information on many issues such as the infrastructure of the programs, academic staff, placed students, success rankings and quotas.” used his words.
Özvar stated that while deciding on the programs that the candidates will prefer, they can make a detailed examination from the Undergraduate or Associate Degree Preference Wizard module.
“You can create a preference list by using the YKS Preference List module. As the Council of Higher Education, we continue to work for our higher education students to receive better conditions and qualified education, and we offer advantages to our students in terms of scholarships, internships and post-graduate employment.
